Hmmmmm. I think I'm going to have to say candlelight for you, Sarah!
#putting the Whys in the tags as to not be obnoxious (since I have a decent amount to say) hahaha#it's like—#when you look at candlelight in comparison to the other options. you might (hastily. unwisely) think that it's not exactly the most#jawdropping of options#but since time immemorial. people have looked to candles for hope. they're every bit as much a 'light in the dark' as stars are#but they're warm. they're in reach. when children in centuries past were scared of the monsters under their beds#it was the candle's flame that said ''don't fret. I'm here.''#it was the candle's flame by which the stories that soothed them and so many others of all ages were penned by#and by the candle's flame that so many life-giving hearthfires were lit#even now when people think of candles they think of magic. of opulence. mystery and adventure#people light them for romance. for spells. to feel closer to people they've lost.#candlelight thrills and amazes just by being lit. because where candles are lit marvelous (and marvelously spooky!) things occur#AND—can't forget—candlelight is so so much easier on the eyes than fluorescents. it is THE best for those of us with sensitive eyes#soOoOooo—candlelight it is!#✨tada✨#tag games#btw i love doing these for ppl so tag me and i'll answer every time#okay that's it! thanks for reading!
